Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A up to 40°C under slow mixing to dissolve Dermosoft® 688 Eco. Add A into B under slow mixing 2. Heat separately AB and C up to 75-80°C under slow mixing. 3. Keep B at 75-80°C under slow mixing for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids 4. Add C into B under slow mixing. Mix slowly for 5 minutes 5. Increase stirring rate up to maximum level with a rotor stator blender (Silverson) up to 3000 rpm for 3 minutes. 6. Cool down under medium stirring. 7. Add D, E and F below 40°C. ​8. Adjust the pH if necessary.
