Preparation:Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A up to 70-75°C. 2. Add B in A under slow stirring. Keep under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 3. Add C under maximum stirring (with a rotor stator) and stir for 3 minutes. 4. Cool down under medium stirring. 5. Adjust the pH if necessary.
