Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Add ingredients of phase A and mix slowly until completely dissolved. 2. Prepare B: heat B up to 70-75°C. Keep under strong stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. Cool down under medium stirring. 3. Add B into A under slow stirring. 4. Add C (ingredients one by one) and D. 5. Adjust viscosity with sodium chloride if necessary. 6. Adjust the pH if necessary.Notes:
