Preparation:

1. Put the ingredients of Phase A into the beaker, stir and heat to 80?, and stir for 10-15 minutes. 2. Put the ingredients of Phase B into the beaker, stir and heat to 80?, keep the temperature and stir until all the ingredients of Phase B are melted. 3. Add Phase A into Phase B under stirring, then stir fast until the whole system are uniform. Then add Phase C, start to low the temperature after the system is stirred uniformly. 4. Add Phase D after the temperature is lowed to 50?, keep stirring to the room temperature.

Appearance: White Emulsion pH value: 4.1±0.2 (20?) Viscosity: > 1,500 (cP, Broodfield DV-III ULTRA, T spindle, 93#, 20rpm, 20?) Property: Moist and conditioning the hair, keep the hair smooth.
