Preparation:

  1. Heat Phase A in the main batch to 75°C, slowly add Carbopol ULTREZ-10, and mix well.
  2. Heat Phase B to 75°C, mix well.
  3. Add Phase B premix to Phase A, mix and begin cooling.
  4. Add Phase C to the main batch.
  5. At a temperature of 45°C or below add Phase D. Mix well.

Appearance: White Serum pH: 6.0 - 7.0 Viscosity: 20,000 - 30,000 cps Mean (Average) Particle Size: 6.832µm
