Preparation:
- In an appropriately sized container add Deionized water and begin mixing while heating to 70-75°C.
- Add Hydroxyethylcellulose with moderate mixing and mix until fully dispersed.
- Begin cooling, add Lipocol HCO-40, Glycerin and Dow Corning Fluid 193 C Fluid, mixing well between each addition.
- At a temperature of 50-55°C add Betafin™ BP-20 and mix until dissolved.
- Add Cetrimonium Chloride, mix well.
- When the temperature of the batch is at 40°C or below, add pre-mix of Fragrance and Liposorb L-20.
- Add the remaining ingredients mixing well between each addition.
