Preparation:
1. Add Carbopol SF-1 to the water. 2. Add TRIquil S and TRIquil L Neutralize to pH 6.8 using 10% NaOH. 3. Mix until uniform. Begin heating batch to 650C. 4. Add remaining phase B ingredients, mix uniformly between each addition. 5. Cool Batch to 350C, add phase C ingredients individually, and mix uniformly after each addition.Disclaimer
