- Disperse Ultrez 10 in water at room temp. mix well until comletely hydrated. Heat to 70-75oC, then add remaining ingredients of phase A. 2. Combine phase B ingredients and heat 70-75oC. Add phase B to phase A, mix well 3. Add phase C to neutralize. Then homogenize to smooth emulsion 4. Then add phase D. Mix well until uniform
