Preparation:
1-Add Ultrez 21 into water and mix until fully hydrated. Add the rest of the phase A ingredients individually. 2-For phase B, add ingredients individually into Nanogel CM in increments, to ensure uniformity. 3-Melt Shea Butter into liquid form before addition into Nanogel CM. Do not heat Shea Butter more then 50ºC. 4-Add phase B into phase A while mixing. When uniform, add phase C ingredient. 5-Add phase D ingredients individually to ensure uniformity.
