Preparation:
Preliminary phase Prepare a 25% solution of Andean QD Ultra in deionised water under cupboard Phase C: Mix the ingredients until clear solution; Addition scheme
- In the main mixer, add ingredients A and heat the phase to 65°C until completely melt.
- Stop heating and add, slowly and in sequence, ingredients B while mixing with blades for 10’ after each addition. Check the homogeneity after each addition.
- Add Phase C and mix with blades for 5’.
- Add, in sequence, ingredients D and E and mix for 5’ after each addition.
- Cool to room temperature. Take a sample for analytical controls.
