Preparation:
- Heat water to 60-65oC, then disperse Ucare JR 400 under propeller agitation. Continue heating to 70-75oC while adding remaining phase A ingredients.
- Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75o.
- Add phase B to phase A, mix until uniform, then homogenize until smooth emulsion is formed.
- Begin cooling batch while propeller mixing.
- At 40oC or below, add phase C
