Preparation:
Disperse Carbomer in water and add the other ingredients of phase B. Heat phases A and phase B separately to 80°C. Add phase A to B while stirring. Homogenize. Adjust pH value with Triethanolamine. Cool down to room temperature while stirring.Notes:
