Preparation:
Heat A to 75°C. Heat the water to 75°C; add the premix B´ into it under emulsifier 1500 rpm during 15 min. Add A into B+B’ under emulsifier 2500 rpm, then let shake in these conditions during 10 min. Add C under emulsifier 2500 rpm during 10 min. Around 25-30°C, add the phase DNotes:
