Preparation:
1. Put the ingredients of Phase A into reaction kettle under low speed stirring, heating. 2. Add Phase B, medium speed stirring and heating to 90?, homogenize the system. 3. Add Phase C, stir(400rpm) about 20 minutes at 90?, make 38VSL dissoloved well. 4. Add Phase D, stir(400rpm) about 10 minutes at 90?, homogenize the system. 5. Stir(200rpm) and low the temperature to 45?, add Phase E, then stir uniformly.Notes:
