Preparation:
- Heat Phase A up to 80°C.
- Heat Phase B up to 80°C.
- Emulsify Phase B under stirring slowly to Phase A.
- Homogenize for 2 – 5 min. by using an Ultra Turrax.
- Premix Phase C.
- Cool down to 35°C and add Phase C and Phase D under stirring.
- Set pH value with Phase E
Notes:
Technical Data: Appearance: white cream pH value: 5.5 – 6.0 Viscosity (HAAKE RheoStress® 1; Method 10/s): 8000 mPa.s Stability: Stable for 3 months at 20°C, 4°C and 40°C, 1 month at 45°C
