Preparation:

  1. Heat Phase A up to 80°C.
  2. Heat Phase B up to 80°C.
  3. Emulsify Phase B under stirring slowly to Phase A.
  4. Homogenize for 2 – 5 min. by using an Ultra Turrax.
  5. Cool down to 35°C and add Phase C under stirring.
  6. Set pH value with Phase D.

Technical Data: Appearance: white cream pH value: 5.5 – 6.0 Viscosity (HAAKE RheoStress® 1; Method 20/s): 3300 mPa.s Stability: Stable for 3 months at 20°C, 4°C and 40°C, 1 month at 45°C
