Preparation:
1. In the main vessel add water and slowly disperse the carbopol with mixing. Add the remaining ingredients of Phase A mixing well between each addition and heat to 65-70°C 2. Add Phase B ingredients. Mix well. 3. Add the pre-mix of Phase C. 4. Cool batch to 45°C and add Phase D.Notes:
