Preparation:
1) Heat together all phase A materials until molten. 2) Pre-mix all phase B pigments until uniform colour. 3) Ad phase B to phase and mix until homogenous. 4) Add phase C materials and stir until homogenous. 5) Pour into lipstick mould, cool and package.Notes:
