Arch has announced the appointment of Lisa Bouldin to the position of general manager, following the retirement of Andy Banham.
As general manager, Mr Banham was instrumental in leading Arch Personal Care Products in building a successful global business team, targeting novel technologies for development and positioning the business for continued growth and exposure in the marketplace. Lisa has been with Arch since 2003, when she joined as technical marketing manager. Since then, she has held positions of increasing responsibility within the business, most recently as global director of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Arch, Lisa had ten years of cosmetic and chemical industry experience at Sensient Technologies, Union Carbide and Bausch and Lomb.
