James Robinson Ltd will be changing its name to Vivimed Labs Europe Ltd as of April 1 2010, the company has recently announced.
Vivimed Labs Limited acquired James Robinson in 2008 as a natural expansion of its speciality chemicals range for the personal care markets. In 2009, Vivimed then acquired the USA distribution company, Har-Met International, in recognition of the growing demands of their global business.
The Jarocol and Reversacol brands will remain, and the James Robinson UK offices for sales, marketing, administration and technical facilities will remain at the current address.
