Siltech Corporation (Toronto, ON) has purchased outright the company's Atlanta-based personal care subsidiary, Siltech LLC.
In addition, Siltech has hired four new sales managers dedicated to growth in the personal care market. These new sales managers are based in the northeast and midwest US and two in Europe based in France and the UK. Siltech will continue to hire and grow in the personal care market as this is a key market for Siltech’s products.
Tony O’Lenick will remain as the President of Siltech's US operation and will help the company achieve its growth targets in this essential market.
Siltech Corporation is a privately held company with two manufacturing locations and headquarters in the greater Toronto area with approximately 140 employees worldwide.
