It has been announced that 100% of the Induchem SA shares and its subsidiaries have been acquired by Givaudan. Induchem will become a part of the Active Cosmetic Ingredients (ACI) business within Givaudan’s Fragrance Division.
In a message to its customers and partners, Induchem's Chairman, Pierre Schweikert, and Givaudan's head of fragrance, Maurizio Volpi, said that: "Induchem brings strong complementary capabilities to Givaudan. The combined portfolio of products will support us in creating a strong R&D and marketing platform to drive future growth in this space."
The correspondence also said that in the coming months Givaudan and Induchem cosmetic
ingredients activities will be combined into one organisation.
