Preparation:
Phase A: Dissolve ingredients while stirring and heating slightly. Stir until cool (25°C) and add phase B. Adjust the pH with phase C to approx.6. Add phase D while stirring, and continue stirring until a homogenous gel has been obtained.Notes:
