Preparation:

In a vessel equipped with heating and agitation capabilities, add phase A. Add ingredients of phase B. Heat to 60°C-65°C Add phase C. Mix until well dissolved. Cool to ambient temperature. Add phase D. Adjust pH and viscosity with ingredients of phase E, if necessary.
