Preparation:
Heat Water of phase A up to 80°C. On the way up to 80°C add Xanthan Gum and Aloe Powder and let swell for 10 minutes after target temperature is reached. Heat phase B up to 82°C and mix. Add phase B to phase A under moderate homogenisation. Homogenise for 10 minutes and begin to cool while continuing homogenisation. Add phase C at 60°C. Warm phase D as to melt all of the Menthol Crystals and add to main vessel at 45°C. Switch to paddle with side wiping action in main vessel. Add phase E except for Simulgel, at 35°C. Turn homogeniser back on and add Simulgel to main at 32°C. Homogenise until cream is thick with a glassy finish. Cool to room temperature.Notes:
