Preparation:
Phase A: Disperse the carbomer in the water with helix stirring (s=300 rpm) and allow swelling for 1 hour. Weigh and mix phase B. Pour phase B into phase A, homogenise and heat to 75°C in water bath. Weigh phase C, mix and heat to 75°C in water bath. Add phase D into phase A+B and mix. Add phase C to phase A+B+D with Staro stirring (s=300 rpm). Add phase E Extemporaneously to the previous part with helix stirring (s=300 rpm) and keep stirring for an hour. At around 50°C, neutralise with phase F with Staro stirring (s=500 rpm).
