RESTORATIVE BIONIGHT CREME (COLD EMULSION)
Hallstar
Preparation:
Applying no heat to either phase whatsoever, emulsify phase B into phase A under a high sheer Homogeniser with tight yield mesh screen on high rpm. Let mix until white shiny cream starts to form and add phase C, one component at a time. Mixing might be best done in cooling vessel to minimise heat degradation of actives due to heat formation from sheering of the cream. Phase D should be mixed together as a sub-phase thoroughly after Cremophor has been warmed until clear. Add fragrance and Cremophor mix to batch while mixing thoroughly. Cool to room temperature.Disclaimer
