Preparation:
Blend phase A ingredients in the given order. Phase B: Blend Tegocel fluid HPM 4000 in the water for approximately 2 minutes. Add phase B to phase A. Add phase C ingredients, in the given order, to combined phases AB.

Properties Contains a complex of skin conditioning agents. Viscosity: 6000 mPas (Brookfield)
