Preparation:
Mix phase A and phase B, separately, and heat up to 75°C. Add phase B to phase A while stirring. After emulsifying stir for 10 minutes by 2000 rpm. Cool down while stirring and add phase C and phase D. Pour into an appropriate container.Notes:
