Preparation:

Phase A: Calculate the amount of base AMP that 100% of acid units of the polymer are neutralised. Add the calculated amout of AMP under stirring in the ethanol. Add than the polymer under stirring and stirr until it is dissolved. Add then the phase B to phase A.
