Preparation:
Phase A: sprinkle OptaSense™ G40 into the water with helix stirring (s=300 rpm) and allow to swell for 1 hour. Combine phase B and add to phase A; homogenise and heat to 70°C in water bath. Combine phase C and heat to 70°C with helix stirring (s=300 rpm). At 70°C add phase C to phase A/B. Add phase D extemporaneously to phase A/B/C with helix stirring (s=300 rpm). Allow to swell for 1 hour. Neutralise with phase E with blade stirring (s=500 rpm). Add phase F and continue stirring for at least 1 hour with blade stirring (s=500 rpm). Then add phase G. Mix well while cooling to room temperature.Disclaimer
