Preparation:
Procedure Heat phase A to 80°C. Heat aqueous phase C to 80°C. Add phase A into phase C and emulsify with a rotor stator for 5 minutes at 3,000 rpm (TRIMIX 6 kg), Introduce Phase B (not heated) and homogenise for 5 minutes more. Cool down while mixing gently. Add phase D at 40°C.
Properties pH: 5.7 Viscosity: 13,000 mPa.s Brookfield LV 6 rpm
