Preparation:
Procedure Swell Simulgel NS in water. Add successively the ingredients of phase B and homogenise with a rotor stator mixing head for 4 minutes at 3,000 rpm (TRIMIX 7 kg). Then complete with water and homogenise again 4 minutes at 3,000 rpm. Add the ingredients of phase D and start final homogenisation for 4 minutes at 3,000 rpm. We recommend an amount of 250% of solution based on the dry weight of the wipe for the substrate SPUNLACE viscose/polyester 65/35 55 g/m2. Properties pH: 6.8 Viscosity: 205 mPa.s Brookfield LV 6 rpm
