Preparation:
- Calculate the ingredients required for making 200 g of the total formulation.
- Charge the pre-weighted water into a 200-mL beaker and heat up to 70°C.
- Add the ingredients from Part I into the above water consequently with agitation.
- Add Elfacos GT 282S and Elfan AT 84G into Part I with rapid agitation.
- Add Cocamide DEA slowly into the above aqueous solution with agitation for about 10 minutes.
- Cool the formulation to 40°C and add other ingredients to the warm water with agitation until all dissolve.
