Preparation:
Procedure: Part A. Disperse the Carbomer in water. Stir until fully dissolved and then add the PrimaFlo. Neutralize with TEA. Part B. Add all ingredients to the water in the order listed. Mix until fully dissolved. Slowly add Part B to Part A while mixing at slow speed. Adjust agitation to ensure homogeneity.
