Preparation:

Procedure Solubilize the fragrance and the preservative into SIMULSOL;. Then add the PROTEOL OAT, and water. Adjust final pH. We recommand an amount of 200% of solution based on the dry weight of the wipe for the substrate SPUNLACE viscose/polyester 65/35 55g/m2

PROTEOL OAT Surfactant based on essential amino acids of oats. It has good wetting properties yet does not dry out the skin (does not affect TEWL). Due to its high skin tolerance level, PROTEOL OAT is especially well-suited for formulas intended for delicate skin. SIMULSOL 1293 Solubilizer.
