Preparation:

1. In a suitable kettle, charge Phase A ingredients 2. Mix well until uniformly dispersed 3. Heat to 80°- 85° maintaining the temperature 4. Ad phase B to Phase A in sequence, giving good agitation every each adition. 5. Mix well until uniform 6. Maintain temprature to 85° C and ad Phase C into the batch. 7 Mix until uniform and in clear solution 8. Cool to room temperature and poor into a container
