Preparation:
Procedure Heat fatty phase to 80°C. Disperse carbomer in cold water heat to 80°C. Add A to B and start homogenizing then introduce SIMULGEL EG. After 7’ (DUMEK 2kg pilot batch), stop heating and homogenizing and start cooling under moderate stir. At approx. 40°C introduce ingredients in D and adjust pH.Notes:
Comments MONTANOV 82 Glucolipid emulsifier in harmony with nature. Stable emulsions can be formulated with only 1% MONTANOV 82. In combination with the other grades of the MONTANOV range, it can be used to modulate the texture and flexibility of the emulsions as desired. SIMULGEL EG Thickening and emulsifying agent in liquid form. Very easy to use (no predispersion or neutralization). SIMULGEL EG perfectly stabilizes emulsions against high temperatures giving rich, silky texture that are easy to apply and rapidly absorbed by the skin.
