Preparation:

Procedure Sprinkle Carbopol® Ultrez 21 Polymer on the surface of Deionised water and allow to wet. Begin gentle mixing. Partially neutralise Carbopol® Polymer dispersion with AMP-UltraTM PC 2000. Mix until uniform. Add PART B ingredients one at a time in order to the batch with mixing. Adjust pH to 6.8 - 7.2 with AMP-UltraTM PC 2000. Prepare PART C: mix glycol and water. Add slowly PEG-90M to the mix with strong agitation and slight heating, until homogeneous. Add PART C to the batch with mixing. Add dyes. Mix until uniform.
