Preparation:Procedure (DUMEK 2kg) • Pump water in the main tank and disperse xanthan gum at 700 rpm for 7’, then introduce SEPINOV and homogenize for 7’ more, then keep only planetary mixing for 20’. • Add ingredients of D successively while mixing at 700 rpm. At the end of this step increase shear to 1400 rpm for 5’. • Finally add scrubs and colours while gently mixing (planetary for 20’). Properties Appearance: kiwi marmalade pH: 7 Viscosity: at RT 16,000 mPa.s Brookfield LV3 6 rpm – after 1 month at 45°C 16,500 mPa.s Brookfield LV3 6 rpm – recovery at RT (after 1 month at 45°C) 18,000 mPa.s Brookfield LV3 6 rpm Stability: >M1 at RT – +45°C – +4°C Stable when centrifuged 20’ at 3000 rpm Suppliers 1 Seppic 2 Rohm & Haas
