Preparation:
Heat water in Phase A to 75ºC with propeller mixing. Add premixed glycerin and xanthan gum to the water with propeller mixing, stirring until homogenous. Combine Phase B and heat to 75°C. Mix until uniform. Add Phase B to Phase A with propeller mixing. Homogenise for 2 minutes. Return to propeller mixing. At 40°C, add Phase C. Cool to room temperature with propeller mixing. Adjust pH to 5.0-5.5 using Phase D.
