Preparation:
PHASE A • Charge Deionized water to main vessel, begin propellor agitation sift in Cellgum Plus, mix until hydrated. • Add remaining phase A ingredients, ensuring each is uniform before the next addition. PHASE B • In a separate vessel, premix Phase B and add to main batch with continuous mixing. PHASE C • Add phase C to main tank with continuous mixing. Mix until uniform. PHASE D • Submit sample to QC for pH adjustment, Add Phase C to main batch, according to QC direction
