Preparation:
- Pre-mix Xanthan Gum with Glycerin, then add other ingredients of phase A, heat to 75-80°C.
- Combine phase B and heat to 75-80°C.
- At 75°C, add phase B to phase A under homogenization.
- Homogenize the mixture for 1-2 min at 9,000-10,000 rpm.
- Add phase C at 60-65°C, homogenize for 1 min until uniform.
- Cool down under constant stirring to 40-45°C.
- Add ingredients of phase D and mix until uniform. Cool to room temperature.
- Check pH is between 6.0 and 7.0, adjust if necessary.
