Preparation:
Weigh the water Phase A mixing with the IKA Eurostar 20 (300 to 400 rpm). Sprinkle the Sepimax Zen and let mix for at least 5 minutes, until the solution is homogenous and doesn't contain agglomerates. Weigh the Phase B and add the emulsifier. Mix them together. Slowly add the phase C to the water phase (A+B). Let it mix for 5 min at 800 rpm. Slowly add the phase C to the water phase (A+B). Let it mix for 5 min at 800 rpm. Homogenize with Ultra Turax for 2 min at 3200 rpm. Add phase C with slow mixing. Adjust Ph.
