Preparation:
Add ingredients of phase A one by one while homogenizing and heat to 75-80°C. Add ingredients of phase B one by one into another beaker while stirring and heating at 75-80°C. Once the Phase B is homogenous, slowly add the phase B to the phase A. Let it mix for 5 min at 500 rpm.Homogenize with Ultra Turax for 1 min at 8800 rpm. Once the homogenized cream reaches 40°C, add Phase C ingredients with slow mixing.
