Preparation:
Combine Phase A and mix until uniform. Heat Phase A to 70 - 75ºC with stirring. Combine Phase B and heat to 70 - 75ºC with stirring. Add Phase B to Phase A using a propeller mixer. Homogenise for 2 minutes. Return to propeller mixer and begin cooling. At temperature below 40ºC, add Phase C. Continue cooling to room temperature. If necessary, adjust pH to 6.2 - 6.8 using Phase D.
