Preparation:
Add phase A ingredients to the main kettle while mixing at medium speed with a prop. Mix for at least 30-45 minutes to fully disperse and hydrate the powder. Once uniform, pre-mix phase B ingredients, and then add pre-mix to the main kettle with mixing. Pre-mix phase C ingredients and then add to the main kettle. Allow high speed mixing for at least 30 minutes before continuing. Slowly add phase D ingredient and then continue mixing for at least 15 minutes before checking quality specifications.
