Preparation:
- Charge deionized water into main kettle.
- Start mixing slowly in circular motion with mixer.
- Add the remaining materials in sequence while slowly mixing the batch.
- Mix well, until uniformly dispersed.
- Add Phase B to Phase A under paddle mixer. Mix until uniform and well blended.
- Add Phase C to Phases A & B. Mix well blended.
- Fill appropriate containers.
