Water based Lipstick with PolyAquol™-OS2 and innollient™ LO that ensure a fine color dispersion and a creamy texture with velvet effect. The presence of PolyAquol™-OS2 in this lipstick allow to introduce a portion of water in a formulation that is typical anhydrous. It has a great moisturizing capacity thanks to the presence of 10% water phase and hydrophilic active ingredients. SILICONE FREE

Preparation:

Prepare phase A1 and warm it up to 50°C; Disperse phase A2 in phase A1 using a suitable dispersion unit; Melt phase B1 at 80°C; Add the ingredients of phase B2 to B1, under gentle stirring; Add phase B3 to phase B1+B2, under gentle stirring; Cool down to 45°C, add phase A to phase B and homogenize for a few minutes; Add phases C under gentle stirring.
