Preparation:
Prepare Phase A and heat to 45-60°C while stirring until uniform. Prepare Phase B and add to Phase C at 45-60°C while stirring until uniform. Combine Phase A and Phase B/C while stirring until uniform. Add Phase D to Phase A/B/C below 50-55°C while stirring until uniform. Adjust pH with Citric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide
